Home / Programs

From idea to company.

A staged path. Each program meets founders where they are and moves them to the next stage with momentum, mentors and funding in sight.

◇ The program structure below is an illustrative proposal for the redesign. Durations, benefits and eligibility to be finalised with the CEII team.

01 — Pre-incubation

Ideate

8 weeks

For students and early founders with a spark of an idea and the will to test it.

Where an idea gets its first shape. We pressure-test the problem, map the market, and help you build something you can put in front of a real user.

YOU LEAVE WITH

A validated problem statement, a market map, and a working prototype or clickable demo.

INCLUDES

Weekly workshops · founder office hours · design-sprint toolkit · peer cohort.

02 — Incubation

Incubate

6 months

For committed teams with a prototype, ready to build toward a real pilot.

The core build. Six months of hands-on mentorship, lab and workshop access, and structured pilots with our industry partners.

YOU LEAVE WITH

A live pilot, early traction metrics, and an investor-ready narrative.

INCLUDES

Dedicated mentor · lab & workshop access · legal & IP support · grant guidance · co-working.

03 — Acceleration

Accelerate

3 months

For revenue-stage ventures ready to scale and raise.

Full speed. A focused push on go-to-market, unit economics, and fundraising — capped by a demo day in front of our investor and industry network.

YOU LEAVE WITH

A tightened growth model, a fundraise in motion, and warm investor introductions.

INCLUDES

Investor network · GTM sprints · demo day · follow-on capital routes.

04 — Always-on

Connect

Ongoing

For the whole campus — students, clubs, and the curious.

The always-on layer. Run with the Institution's Innovation Council, Connect keeps ideas, events and student ventures flowing into the pipeline year-round.

YOU GET

Workshops, hackathons, speaker sessions, and a first door into CEII.

INCLUDES

IIC events · idea challenges · mentor talks · community membership.

Who we look for

Eligibility

Any discipline

An idea from any department — engineering, management, computer science, the sciences, design or maritime. All are welcome.

A committed team

At least one full-time founder. Student, alumni and external founders are all welcome to apply.

Evidence of motion

An insight, a prototype, or early traction — anything that shows you're already moving, not just musing.

Pick your stage. Get started.
